To help you understand the transitions process on the Island over the next 5 years we have put together a transitions model which you can view by clicking the link below. It aims to show as clearly as possible where your child will be educated each year between 2008 and 2013.
Some links on this page are to files in Abode Acrobat (PDF) format. You will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to allow you to view these files. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it here.
